Ingredients
  

Fettuccine Alfredo
  • 200 g Fettuccine Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a rich sauce.
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese Grated.
Spaghetti Carbonara
  • 200 g Spaghetti Cook until al dente.
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 100 g Pancetta or bacon Cooked until crispy.
  • 1 tsp Black pepper To taste.
Bolognese Sauce
  • 300 g Ground beef or sausage For the meat sauce.
  • 1 medium Onion Diced.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 400 g Tomato sauce For the sauce.
Lasagna
  • 9 sheets Lasagna noodles Cook before layering.
  • 250 g Ricotta cheese For the cheese layer.
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Meat sauce For layering.
Tortellini
  • 2 cups Tortellini dough ingredients Flour, eggs, water combined as needed.
Garnish
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil For garnishing.

Method
 

Fettuccine Alfredo
  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. In a pan, heat heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted. Combine with drained pasta.
Spaghetti Carbonara
  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente. In a bowl, beat eggs with cheese and black pepper. Mix the egg mixture with the cooked spaghetti and crispy pancetta.
Bolognese Sauce
  1. Sauté ground meat with diced onions and garlic until browned. Add tomato sauce and let it simmer.
Lasagna Assembly
  1. Layer cooked noodles with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and meat sauce. Bake until bubbly and golden.
Tortellini Preparation
  1. Roll out the tortellini dough, cut it into circles, fill, and boil until cooked.

Notes

For serving, sprinkle with fresh basil or grated Parmesan. For storage, refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
