  • 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary) Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning with chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them well.
  4. Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and place the chicken thighs skin-side up.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
