Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning with chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them well.
- Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and place the chicken thighs skin-side up.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
For a crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
