- In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows until melted and well combined.
- Mix in rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, making sure it's compact.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then cut into squares to serve.
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for about 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Allow them to come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor.
