Method
 

Preparation
  1. Choose your protein and heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the protein and season with spices. Cook until browned and cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary. Toss in the colorful vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender-crisp.
