Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking pan to create an even layer.
Making the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the pumpkin filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
