- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Churning
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Serving
- Once it’s at your desired consistency, scoop into bowls and add optional toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Best enjoyed within a week; can last up to two weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before scooping.
