  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) Choose your preferred flavor.
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) Can use almond, coconut, or soy milk.
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like honey or maple syrup) Choose based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Churning
  1. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  2. If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Once it’s at your desired consistency, scoop into bowls and add optional toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Best enjoyed within a week; can last up to two weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before scooping.
