Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, banana cream instant pudding, and almond milk until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until you reach your desired pudding consistency.
- Prepare to layer by crushing the vanilla wafers and slicing the banana into thin rounds.
Assembly
- In a jar, start with a layer of the pudding mixture at the bottom. Follow it with a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then add slices of banana. Repeat the layers to create two of each.
Chilling
- Chill the assembled pudding jar in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover Protein Banana Pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add banana slices just before serving to maintain freshness.
