  • 1 cup marinara sauce Choose a gluten-free option if needed
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with other cheese types
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and olives.
  6. Cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
