Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the brie from its packaging and place it on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pistachios and olive oil until well combined.
- Coat the top of the brie with the pistachio mixture, pressing it down to ensure it adheres well.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
- While the brie is baking, warm the fig jam (and honey, if using) in a small saucepan over low heat until melted.
- Once the brie is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the fig jam glaze over the top.
Serving
- Serve warm with your choice of crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat at a low temperature in the oven.
