Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it reaches about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into a Christmas tree shape, reserving the trimmings for later use.
- Place the Brie in the center of the tree and spread cranberry sauce generously over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cranberry sauce.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing the edges carefully.
- Brush the entire surface with beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
