  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional) Supports digestion and enhances flavor.

Preparation
  1. Add pink Himalayan salt to a glass of filtered water.
  2. Stir until fully dissolved. If using coarse salt, let it sit for several hours or overnight to create 'sole water'.
  3. Optional: Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for additional wellness benefits.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and drink first thing in the morning.

Notes

Drink this mixture right after making it. If you have leftover sole water, store it in a sealed jar in a cool, dark place and use within a week. For a fruity twist, add slices of cucumber or berries to the drink.
