Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.

Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before frosting with buttercream and decorating with sprinkles.

To keep the cake fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze slices for up to 3 months. Let come to room temperature before serving for optimal flavor and texture.
