- In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp if desired.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water, sugar, and lime juice to the pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Pineapple Fresh Water can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. For an extra touch, consider adding a slice of fresh pineapple or lime on the rim of your glass.
