- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats, protein powder, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months. Lining the baking dish helps to easily remove the bars and maintain their shape.
