  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling
Creamy Mixtures
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix prepare according to package instructions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions using milk.
Layering
  1. Layer the lasagna: Start with a layer of noodles, then spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding, then a layer of crushed graham crackers.
  2. Repeat the layers, finishing with the pudding on top.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Keep any drizzles or garnishes separate until serving.
