  • 1 cup whole milk Full-fat dairy is preferred.
  • 3/4 cup sugar Sweetens the mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts Provides a delightful crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the diced peaches with lemon juice until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Gently fold in the peach puree until well combined.
Churning
  1. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. During the last few minutes of churning, add the chopped macadamia nuts.
Freezing
  1. Once churning is complete, transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the peach mixture before churning. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Press parchment paper directly on the surface to prevent ice crystals.
