  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup water or milk Use any type of milk for variation.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Optional for added protein.
For Topping
  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Choose your favorite berries.
  • Syrup Maple syrup or any syrup of choice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water or milk until well combined. If using, stir in the protein powder.
  2. Pour the mixture into a heated non-stick skillet and cook until bubbles form and edges look set.
  3. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Transfer the pancake to a bowl.
  5. Top with your favorite berries and drizzle with syrup.

Notes

Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly for about a month.
