- In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water or milk until well combined. If using, stir in the protein powder.
- Pour the mixture into a heated non-stick skillet and cook until bubbles form and edges look set.
- Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the pancake to a bowl.
- Top with your favorite berries and drizzle with syrup.
Notes
Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly for about a month.
