Ingredients
  

For the Rolls
  • 8 oz Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 4 sheets Phyllo pastry or spring roll wrappers Thawed completely before using
  • 1/3 cup Chili honey For drizzling before serving
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For brushing and sealing
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry or a spring roll wrapper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture on one end and roll it tightly, sealing the edges with olive oil.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Baking
  1. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  3. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

Notes

Ensure that your phyllo pastry is thawed completely before using to avoid tearing. Play with spices by adding red pepper flakes or smoked paprika for enhanced flavor.
