  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish) Such as thyme or rosemary.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the seasonings into the chicken thighs so they are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown exterior.
  2. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish and don't cover them while baking. Marinate the chicken in the seasoning mix for improved flavors.
