  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 cup peanut butter Creamy preferred for smoother texture
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Can adjust for stickiness
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips Can substitute with other chocolate types
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Used for melting chocolate

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the crushed Oreo crumbs into the peanut butter mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
Setting
  1. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  2. Enjoy your no-bake fudge bites!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can be frozen for up to three months. For variations, try different cookies or add-ins like mini chocolate chips or nuts.
