Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Gruyere cheese, chopped onion, spinach, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil and pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  4. If desired, sprinkle bread crumbs on top for added texture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
