  • 8 oz Pasta (any type you prefer) Choose your favorite pasta shape.
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced) Freshly minced garlic gives the best flavor.
  • 2 cups Milk Adjust according to desired creaminess.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated for easier melting.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as desired Parsley (optional for garnish) Fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add pasta to the pot and stir to combine.
  5. Cook according to pasta package directions, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, adding a splash of milk for creaminess.
