- Cook according to pasta package directions, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave, adding a splash of milk for creaminess.
