Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  3. Add Italian seasoning and bring to a simmer.
Cooking Noodles and Finishing the Dish
  1. Add egg noodles to the skillet and cook until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently over low heat, adding a splash of chicken broth or cream to restore creaminess. Cut chicken evenly for consistent cooking, and consider adding spinach or peas for nutrition.
