Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with crushed graham crackers to form a crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish to create the crust layer.
Layering
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the crust.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries and cream cheese mixture.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
Garnish with additional strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream. Best enjoyed within the first couple of days for optimal freshness.
