- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and press a chocolate kiss into the center of each ball.
- If desired, roll the balls in powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before enjoying.
