Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with a non-dairy alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased square pan.
  4. In another bowl, heat the chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

This dessert can be served with whipped cream and fresh berries or drizzled with caramel or chocolate syrup for added indulgence. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
