Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread into mini pieces and butter one side of each slice generously.
- Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side out.

- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown and crispy.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a toaster oven or conventional oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes. To freeze, wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and then foil; store in the freezer for up to a month.
