- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips or fruits.
Cooking
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the cake is set and springs back when touched.
- Let it cool for a minute before enjoying!
Notes
Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries, or drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for added flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if needed.
