- In a bowl, combine the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and minced garlic.
- Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mixing well.
- Stir in the chopped basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with bread or crackers, or let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours for the flavors to meld.
Notes
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze in an ice cube tray.
