Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Yogurt Dip
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can be replaced with plain yogurt or sour cream.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Grazing Board Ingredients
  • 1 cup hummus Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives Can swap for green olives if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed Can substitute with vegan cheese.
  • 4 pieces pita bread, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts) Feel free to use other types of nuts.

Method
 

Preparation of Garlic Yogurt Dip
  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Chill the garlic yogurt dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Assembly of Grazing Board
  1. Place the hummus in a small bowl and set it on a large serving board.
  2. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, feta cheese, and roasted red peppers around the hummus.
  3. Add pita bread wedges around the edges of the board.
  4. Fill any gaps with mixed nuts for texture and balance.
  5. Place the garlic yogurt dip in a small bowl on the board.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Mediterranean Grazing Board.
