Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Garlic Yogurt Dip
  • 1 cup Yogurt Use plain yogurt for best flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin for a richer flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Grazing Board
  • 2 cups Fresh veggies Include cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, etc.
  • 1 cup Olives A mix of green and black.
  • 1 loaf Warm pita bread Cut into wedges.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. Arrange fresh veggies, olives, warm pita, and feta cheese (if using) on a large platter.
Serving
  1. Serve with creamy garlic yogurt dip and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, separate the dip from the veggies and pita. The veggies can last up to 3 days in the fridge, while the dip lasts about 5 days. Keep pita in a sealed bag at room temperature.
