  • 2 pieces Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup radishes, halved
  • 1 cup roasted artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers

  • 2 cups pita bread, toasted and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup pita chips
  • 1 pack assorted crackers
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Method

Preparation of Dips
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper until smooth to make the Lemon Herb Yogurt Dip.
  2. In a food processor, blend the feta, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, roasted garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper until light and creamy to prepare the Roasted Garlic Whipped Feta Dip.
  3. Transfer all dips into small serving bowls.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the bowls evenly across a large wooden serving board.
  2. Place the toasted pita wedges, pita chips, and assorted crackers around the dips.
  3. Fill the remaining spaces with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, radishes, roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, grape leaves, feta cubes, mozzarella pearls, dried fruit, and toasted nuts.
  4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the hummus and whipped feta, then sprinkle za’atar over the hummus and cracked black pepper over the whipped feta.
  5. Finish with fresh rosemary, thyme, mint leaves, and lemon wedges before serving immediately.

Notes

Store any remaining dips in airtight containers in the fridge for up to three days. Keep vegetables in a separate container to maintain their crunch. It's best to consume assembled boards shortly after preparation to ensure freshness.
