Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Preparing the Rice
  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions using water or broth.
Making the Garlic Feta Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix yogurt or sour cream with garlic and feta cheese until smooth.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, topped with the seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  2. Drizzle with garlic feta sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes
