- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning some sauce over the top.
- Cover and let cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
