Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  3. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with melted butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cooking
  1. Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the oven until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized, about 25-30 minutes.
  3. Once out of the oven, top with toasted pecans.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) or microwave in short bursts.
