- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves, diced mango, toasted coconut, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Mango pudding is naturally gluten-free. For the best texture, chill pudding adequately to set. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
