Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mango, habanero peppers, honey, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding salt as needed.
  3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  4. Let cool completely before using.
Storage
