Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread Greek yogurt in an even layer on the parchment.
- Add drops of natural food coloring and swirl them into the yogurt using a toothpick or knife.
- Top with sprinkles or fruit as desired.
- Freeze for about 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve as a fun snack or dessert.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Allow to thaw for a few minutes at room temperature for best texture.
