Preparation

- Pat chicken breast dry with paper towels and rub the spice mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Assembling the Bowl
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.
- Dice the vegetables and prep your bowl components.
- Dice the rested chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
- Start with the brown rice as your base and create sections with romaine, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
- Top with the BBQ chicken, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and finish with ranch dressing and remaining BBQ sauce.
