  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari Use low-sodium if preferred
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Cooking
  1. Stir in shredded cabbage, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook until cabbage is wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with green onions.

Notes

For meal prep, store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months. Consider serving with cauliflower rice or in lettuce wraps for a fun twist.
