  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: herbs of your choice (like thyme or oregano)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the bowl. Toss everything until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the chicken evenly on a baking sheet. Arrange the broccoli florets and bell peppers around the chicken.
  5. Drizzle a little more olive oil on the vegetables and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
