Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Assembly
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Top with a layer of cheese, followed by the chopped lobster, and then another layer of cheese.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cooking
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese has melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
Serving
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
