  • 200 g pasta Choose your favorite type of pasta.
Salmon and Seasoning
  • 200 g salmon fillet Use high-quality salmon for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the garlic and salmon.
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested) Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Do not overcook to avoid bitterness.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish) Adds color and flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Salmon
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the salmon fillet to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the pan and flake the salmon with a fork.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In the same pan, add the cooked pasta along with the lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together to combine.
  2. Gently fold in the flaked salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve your dish garnished with fresh parsley for that extra pop of color and flavor.

Notes

For added elegance, serve with a glass of chilled white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
