Cooking Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Salmon
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the salmon fillet to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the pan and flake the salmon with a fork.
Combining Ingredients
- In the same pan, add the cooked pasta along with the lemon juice and zest. Toss everything together to combine.
- Gently fold in the flaked salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve your dish garnished with fresh parsley for that extra pop of color and flavor.
Notes
For added elegance, serve with a glass of chilled white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
