  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Salmon
  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines smoothly with the sauce.
Combining Everything
  1. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the sauce along with the pasta. Toss to combine everything gently.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for added nutrition and flavor.
