  • 1 cup Plain yogurt Greek yogurt can be used for extra creaminess.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest Use a microplane for finer zest.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) Use any fresh herbs available.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the yogurt mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they're well coated.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish can also be enjoyed cold.
