Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless recommended
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for better taste
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano Dried or fresh

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or oven.
Cooking
  1. Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 6-7 minutes per side on the grill or 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  2. Slice the chicken and serve it in Mediterranean chicken bowls or Greek chicken quinoa bowls.

Notes

You can keep leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For optimal flavor, marinate overnight if possible.
