  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the chicken
  • 4 pieces 4 chicken breasts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for longer, ideally a few hours or even overnight. Consider serving with a side of lemon wedges. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
