  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, blueberries, lemon juice, honey, rolled oats, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until well combined.

  4. Place the bites on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
