  • Store-bought pizza dough, pitas, or tortillas Use for the pizza base

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, or place pitas/tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and brush the edges with olive oil if desired.
  6. Sprinkle with dried oregano or Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve hot from the oven or with a side of fresh salad or dipping sauces like ranch or garlic. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
