Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, or place pitas/tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Add your favorite toppings and brush the edges with olive oil if desired.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano or Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Serve hot from the oven or with a side of fresh salad or dipping sauces like ranch or garlic. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
