- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the almond flour until fully combined.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of the mixture into the skillet and spread it out into a thin layer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until set, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Cut the cooked noodles into strips and serve with your favorite sauces or in soups.
Notes
Leftover noodles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat by adding directly to boiling water or your sauce of choice.
